Why can't I install Calibre on Windows 7 ?

Does anyone have any advice on how to download Calibre? A screen just keeps coming up telling me to install by changing, repairing, or removing. I have clicked every button possible and nothing happens. Could it be a firewall preventing it and if so. . .how do I put it down so I can install the program?

That message implies that Calibre version is installed (or is a broken install). Uninstall and delete the installer file that you click and get a New copy.
