I have downloaded several books on my Kindle fire using my calibre software. Some of the book go to my book section, quite a few others end up in my doc's section. How do I get them to load into books in the future, & how do I move them from docs to books

I have the same problem when I send to my device (Kindle Fire) from Calibre, is there some way I can tell Calibre where to put the books? |

That has nothing to do with where the books are sent. The Fire organises books based on an internal field indicating if the book is a "personal document". Fo to preferences->Output options->MOBI output and make sure the Personal Doc tag field is blank. Then *reconvert* your books to MOBI in calibre, delete them from the Fire and resend them.
