I am using the template function from pchrist7 to Show ebook reading status in custom column. I have a Kindle 3 and I'm running calibre on OSK 10.6.8.
When I first used the 'Fetch Annotations' function to populate the 'Read Status' column, all the books - with the exception of the one I am reading - were marked as 'Not Read'. At least 20 of the books on the Kindle had been read. I went back to my Kindle and picked one of the books I had previously read. Making sure that I started at the beginning, I jumped to a location mid way through skipped a few pages and then jumped to the end. That book is ow showing as 'Read' so I know the functionality of the plugin is working. Does this function only work for books that have been opened and read after the plugin was installed? Andy |
