Plugin for Edit Metadata
Is their a Plugin to import file containing all the necessary ebook metadata for (Title, Author, Tags, Publisher, . ...) to fill these fields in the Edit Metadata for the added ebook instead of filling it manually each time add a new ebook?

I am not sure what you are asking here?
The first option in Preferences:Adding Books allows the metadata contained to be used instead of the file name.
Download Metadata is a built in function, accessible in various modes (one being on the Edit screen)
