"Hosted by Google" at Gutenberg - remove?

I downloaded a book from Gutenberg to my Kindle 3 and each page contains "Hosted by Google". At Calibre "Search and Replace" the Wizard does not show the many "Hosted by Google" notices. Is there a way to eliminate them?

Thanks, Manichean. I had read the tutorials previously, but being a novice, they were mostly over my head. Now I have got it. Thanks again.
