problem with Quote marks

I have several ebooks where the quotes from one character talking to the next run on;

for example:

Bob said "I think we should got this way" "Ok it looks fine to me" Fred replied

This makes for some very long paragraphs in the books. It should look like this:

Bob said "I think we should got this way"
"Ok it looks fine to me" Fred replied


How do I get the Search/Replace function to split the text between the quote space quote and replace it with quote paragraph break quote
