Updated Recipe for "Der Tagesspiegel"

I've updated the builtin recipe for "Der Tagesspiegel" since it failed to grab the last article in each section. I've also made some minor optical changes.

The recipe is broken, only "Werbinich" will be shown, after a run.

Unfortunately, not the recipe is broken, but the website "Der Tagesspiel" itself doesn't contain more contents than this today. I hope they fix that until tomorrow so at least I've something to read while I wait in the cold waiting for the S-Bahn...
