Save only MOBI format to disk in a single directory

Is there any way to create a toolbar button to do this function:
Save only MOBI format to disk in a single directory

Currently to save just the file you need to use the drop down menu from the Save To disk button. I would like to have a single button to provide the functionality.

Is this even possible?

Yes

Preferences: Save to disk: Formats to save (and adjust the template while you are as it to Not include folders)
