Email question
I'm new to the forum so please forgive if this question has been covered. My new Nook Tablet is great except for one thing that bugs me. When I read email every time I go back to the list of emails it reloads or updates. The only way around this that I have found is to start with the top email and arrow through them all. This means that I cannot just pick and choose three or four without the tablet updating all the email. I have tried going to the setting and choosing never reload but that still doesn't work.

This seems to be a problem with the 1.4.1 firmware. No solution has been found on the B&N board yet. Hopefully the next update will solve this problem.

Thank you, I hope that B&N finds a fix soon as its a touch irritating. Some times I just want to read 2 or 3 emails. Other than this I don't have too many complaints about the tablet. I started a few years ago with the Nook I and really enjoyed that. I also hope that B&N lets us add apps from other Android sources.

Yes, this horrible problem was introduced with the 1.4.1 upgrade. I'm amazed that they haven't fixed it by now. It is driving me insane on my Color Nook. Grrrr!

According to a post on the B&N NC Board today if you delete your e-mail accounts in the e-mail app, and than set them up up again, the problem is solved.

I'll try that, but my friend just bought a new Tablet and therefore set up an email account for the very first time and is having this problem.
