ERROR ITMS-9000: "Unable to analyse: cover.xhtml" at Book

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and new to epub creation...I've just (nearly!) finished the two-month long task of creating an enhanced (embedded video) epub. I have already uploaded it to the iTunes store but there were a few tweaks that needed to be made and now when I try to deliver it I am struck with this error:

ERROR ITMS-9000: "Unable to analyse: cover.xhtml" at Book

I can't seem to find any help when Googling - does anyone here have any insight into what the problem might be?
