MonkeyBoi Wrenching on Mom's PocketeDGe
The things I do for She Who Must Be Obeyed... it's not that it's a BAD toy, per se & Man M. certainly wanted to get her the best possible gadget like this but that "Deal" thing sometimes works against them.
The information / help / resources thing is kinda stunning for a semi-niche toy whose manufacturer is gonegonegone & same is causing me to get MUCH more organized for this project over the Solstice Season than planned. Mom is pretty much non-techy, at least at this level - for now... gotta have "the talk" with her about the machine & Brick It possibilities, etc. + what will be owed to her Number One monkey. Wish me luck & post your best "one stop shop" posts/links for what to do first, next, never - I'm looking here mostly first although the ethanphoenix site was a nice first discovery upon searching for the solution to the cursed "Error Code 80" dance.
