"Update available" notice bug?
Hi!
I got the normal Friday "Update Available" notice upon launching Calibre (for Mac OSX), BUT, when clicking on the "get update" button or the "new features" link, it didn't launch the browser (first time this has ever happened). I went to the site manually & got the update, I just thought you'd like to know about the weirdness. Thanks again - LOVE the software!!! ---T.J. |

Does clicking the Help button launch the browser with the User Manual? Sounds like something is preventing browser launches from working on your system.

I just tried the help button, & it worked fine. Perhaps it was Safari being weird that one time. I'll check again next Friday...

FYI - This week's update available links worked without issue. I guess Safari was just confused last week.
