Thumbs down User Manual doesn't make sense!
Hi I've got a Sony eReader and I'm reading the manual.

Here's a sample of the instructions quoted straight from the manual:

"You can install the Reader software, or transfer files from your computer to the Reader, while charging. The Reader cannot be operated."

WHAT??????? A stand-alone sentence just saying, "The Reader cannot be operated"???? WHEN can it not be operated, and WHY?

This does NOT make sense and is VERY confusing.

Has Sony got anyone to proof-read their manual instructions? If not, it's pretty unprofessional of them and not fair to people who have spent money on their products.

That sounds like it's supposed to mean that the Reader can't be operated while you are charging it; i.e. no reading on your device while it's plugged in, but you can still move the books around.

But yeah, they could phrase it better and more clearly.
