Kindle Touch Won't Share Text from Personal Documents?

I've posted this on Amazon support and so far tech support there have been unable to help. I am unable to select text on my new Kindle Touch and share it via my Twitter account as I have in the past. I am able to select text in an Amazon book and share it via this means. I did this in the past with a Kindle3 Keyboard and just tested it to find that it will still do so for either type of document using the same home network.

I suspect that this is a software bug in the Touch and will report when I learn more. I'd be interested in hearing if other Kindle users have this type of problem too.
