Does not recognize my Kindle Touch
I can see the Touch in Windows Explorer

Your Touch is no longer in Disk mode (ejected, but charging)?

Can you see it in Explorer?

It looks like according to your print out above drive H is the Hewlett Packard Photosmart 8500 Printer.

Disconnect the Kindle and reconnect. If that doesn't work reboot your computer and restart your Kindle and try again.

Is it possible that you used disk management to set the drive letter to a single value (applies to a device) and there is now an overlap?

Set fixed removable drives to a fairly high letter so there is not a normal possibility of overlap (MNOPQ)

I cannot get calibre to recognize my Kindle Touch, I have disconnected and reconnected, restarted my computer, still no luck, here is the debug info:

Kindle Touch was released in November, the calibre version you're using is over a year and a half old. If you want to use the Touch, upgrade to the newest version.

The Calibre version number looks odd (0.6.52). Download the latest version and see that helps.
