Unhappy Help,My kindle didn't work. Please
My kindle didn't work


1、I make a blank file named "ENABLE_DIAGS",and I reboot my kindle into diag mode.
2、I choose "Exit, Reboot or Disable Diags’'
3、I did not choose ”Disable Diagnostics" ，I choose "reboot system"
4、But the kindle reboot fail，cann't Reboot into diag mode and cann't Reboot into normal mode.

It looks like your screen controller is shot. I don't see any reason why Amazon would not exchange this unit.

That looks bad Does the power led light up when you press the power button? Did you try keeping it pressed for 30 seconds? Does anything happen if you plug the usb cable?
