How to add a prefix to title with Calibreß

Hi folks,
I want to add a prefix to a huge number of ebooks with calibre. Search an replace doesn't work in that case, because I have a four digit number beginning with 0001 up to 1774 at the beginning of the title.
How can I do that?
Any suggestions?
