Color Random Issues

I've had my NC for about 7 months. About a month ago I had trouble with random issues: Wouldn't open a book from my library, couldn't turn the page, etc. Yesterday I was trying to download a magazine and although it seemed like it was connected fine to my wifi it never did manage to download a new magazine. I tried re-booting a few times, but still had trouble. Sometimes it would show the cover picture of my books on the home screen and sometimes it wouldn't. I could connect to the Nook internet homepage, but not to other websites like Youtube. After a little while it would just lock up completely and not let me even get back to the home screen from an opened book. Sometimes it powers off properly and sometimes not. The battery was about 80% charged. Only thing I can think of is that it sat in my car for about a week before this all started happening. A few days ago I downloaded the new version, but it didn't seem to help clear anything up. Any suggestions?

I think it's time to call B&N and see if you can get a new one under warranty.

Or, before you call B&N, run through the reset option. Then enter your information again and see if it seems more stable.

Even better, do the "7 reboot" reset (or is it 8?) and also do the reset of your personal information.

My guess is that will fix it.
