Error Opening epub

Sigil (0.4.2) is refusing to open one of my epubs. I'm on Mac OS X 10.7.2. The full error is:

This is the first time I've seen this - all my other (400+) ebooks open fine.

Anybody seen this or have a solution?

This has been fixed for 0.5 (which is not yet released and has no set release date).
