8.0.26 won't compile

[iomari]

Greetings,
I've successfully used the source version for the past 4 or 5 versions using: "sudo python setup.py develop".
However, 8.0.26 gives me the following error:

any suggestions?
btw, I don't want to use the tar.bz2.
