hi, can someone tell me why calibre won't install and we get the message that the windows installer is not valid but this is the official download from calibre?

Hello everyone,
I use Calibre on my laptop, so I can read just about every format. Running Windows 7 and Ubuntu 11.4 with dual boot, and have Calibre in both systems. I have been looking for a place to get ebooks free as most charge to get them and I do not have the money to pay as getting school programs takes most of my funds.
