Tilting the Vox

Hi,

I purchased my Vox today and have been playing around with it for a few hours. So far I am liking it. What does have me a little concerned however is a bumping sound from inside the device when I tilt it from side to side. It feels as though there is something loose. Is this normal, or do I potentially have a defective unit?

There should not be anything loose moving around inside your Vox. It could be the battery, which is supposed to be glued into the chassis. Early prototypes of the Vox exhibited this characteristic, but we have not seen it in any production hardware. I would recommend exchanging it at the retailer.
