Returning in the U.S. ?!

I ordered a Vox last night from its official website, and it still hasn't ship. I just wanna ask if anything is wrong with the device, how will I return it? I have never purchased any ereader from kobo before.

P.S. I live in NYC

You ordered it last night and you expected it to ship already? This device was just released so I wouldn't expect it right away. In fact there were people that pre ordered a week ago and their's have not shipped still. I would expect you will be waiting a bit for it.

If you have an issue with the device that require warranty service you will have to ship it back to them for repair.
