Install fails: Error reading from file

Hi all.

Tried to upgrade Calibre this morning & I keep getting an error:

Error reading from file <file path>. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I've uninstalled Calibre completely, tried shutting down my antivirus, redownloaded the file a few times, moved it to different locations, but no luck so far.

Event Viewer shows this:

Product: calibre -- Error 1305. Error reading from file <path>\calibre-0.8.23.msi. System error 14007. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

The computer's running Win7 (64-bit).

Any suggestions?

Of course, as soon as I posted this, I figured it out.

I had custom permissions on the folder that I'd put the .msi installer package into (SYSTEM permission had been removed). Installing from a folder with more standard permissions worked like a charm.
