can some one help i don't know how to use the pocket book???? cannot get any settings done had it for 3 months

Start at the website http://www.pocketbook-int.com and select the Support link. Click on 701 (IQ) device icon. Under the Documentation heading download the User Manual for PocketBook IQ pdf. Reading thru that should help. If you have specific questions, someone here can try to answer those. Good luck.
