Can't find my plugins?

I recently installed Calibre (so I have the latest version) and added three plugins: 'Find Duplicates'; 'Quality check' and 'Reading list'.
I have the latest versions of the plugins installed aswell.

I will be getting a Kindle 4 early next year so decided to install 'Calibre', get used to how it works and create a list of books which I wish to read, after I have finished reading a few paperback books I have at home at the moment.

I can see 'Find Duplicates' at the top of the screen, next to 'Preferences', but the other two I can't find anywhere, even though they are installed.

Do the other two only appear when you connect an ebook reader, because I was hoping to create a list of books ready to read later on in the future, but I can't see 'Reading list' anywhere?

Any idea what the problem is?

I am running a up to date Vista Home edition laptop, if that helps.

You probably need to go into Preferences->Interface->Toolbar to determine what toolbar (if any) you want the icons to appear on.
