PRS-300 Help for my PRS300

I have had this and loved it since May 2010. Now in October 2011 after
about 200 novels here is my problem that developed the last two weeks.

I charge the reader via my computer which is normal. I then unplug it
to read a book. I then go from book A to book B then back to book A
this is what happens.

1) I go into formatting mode. Ok but it bounces to the openning screen
page (page that appears when you turn it on - prior to the home page).

2) It then goes into the home page where it first says "loading" then
and here is the problem it will then state "formatting". It will then
reboot.

It goes into the loop of "loading" then "formatting" then reboot until it
goes to the "low battery" symbol and I have 0 bars.

What do I do? I have lots of books on my computer that I haven't read yet.
Should I just buy a new one?
