Is there anyway for UK Kindles to play the games?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is anyway for UK Kindles to download the games from the Amazon store? In particular I am interested in the choose your own adventure styles (like this one) but have failed to work out if there is way way to do it.

I have jailbroken my Kindle so if that's what's required, that's fine.

Thank you in advance.

It's possible to download free games by transferring your account to the US and using a fake address.

Anything that you have to pay for is more complex because you'd need a valid payment method for Amazon.com

ok thank you for the quick reply. I did try that last night but didn't work for some reason - I wonder if the book I linked to isn't actually available which is why it I couldn't send it.

I will try again, thank you.

EDIT: So I tried again with the US specified as my location, and it worked, including purchasing the book I linked to.

One thing I found that made this reasonably painless is to buy $ gift vouchers using your UK account, and email them to your US account, where you can cash them in to add Amazon credit.
