Quality (stars) doesn't populate

It seems with one of the recent version updates that the quality tag doesn't get populated anymore when I get metadata for a book. I noticed that it is in the custom metadata ta, but it used to work and now it no longer does. Is there a configuration option that I may have messed up?

I have no idea what a quality tag is. However if you are referring to the rating that can be downloaded for each book when you download metadata be sure that rating is checked under Preferences - Metadata Download, see attached.

I checked and it seems my settings screen for Metadata download is different from the one you show, but the content looks similar. The Ratings box is checked, so that isn't it.

What I am referring to is the right-most column in the default view of the library. There is a column called "Quality" and it has stars. That used to get populated by whatever the Amazon rating was. Now it doesn't get updated at all.

I would attach a screenshot, but I'm not sure how. The image attach button here asks for a URL.

OK here are screenshots. One shows the column I am referring to (Quality) and the other is the Metadata download dialogue settings.

Quality is NOT a standard Metadata download field. That is why the choice is not on the list to populate.
Someone created that CUSTOM field

. They are responsible for populating it with data

As theducks says Quality is a custom column created by you or whomever you "borrowed" the library from. You might want to ask the person that created the library for help.
