LCD screen fragile!

I found out the hard way that the lcd screen is fragile. My grandson dropped a hard plastic toy on it and the screen shattered in the corner. Too bad they didn't use "Gorilla Glass". It still works but i imagine it won't last long like this.

I don't s'pose it'll hurt anything to keep running it like that -- might last a long time! How's your grandson doing? Is he old enough to feel bad about it?

He is only 3 y/o and it was a pure fluke accident. Oddly his 7 y/o brother was actually using it at the time. The 3 y/o has used both the Pocket Edge and another Eken "China" tablet without incident. He switches from Youtube videos to kids applications by himself. I still let him use the Eken "China" tablet.
