Book to Sony reader format?
I've got some non-fiction books (paperback) I would like to convert to ebook format for reading on the Sony Reader.
How do I go about doing this? Can I take a book and have the spine taken off and have it copied to a memory card/CD? and then convert from there? or can I take pictures with a camera of each page? What the best method? |

It's been often discussed in the forums. For example, see:
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14649 While parts of the process involve power tools, essentially the key component is a scanner with sheet feeder and good OCR software. Plug the result into Book Designer and you're good to go. |
