Is there a recipe to follow the Red Adept Reviews blog?

She uses the RSS feed that wants to come through Outlook and I have yet to manage to convert any of those to work in Calibre.

Might help if I included the link, in case anyone wants to see it:

I think it is easy

Well... first of all, excuse me for two things: If things don't show exactly as I say, it is a language problem... and if you already know this, please consider that I haven't understood you (I am just trying to help).

1.- In the menu bar (up in your Calibre) find the News Icon (an N with a down arrow).
2.- Press the triangle just at its right. You will find two options (download planned news or add a new source of news) choose this second.
3.- Don't switch to advanced mode as this will be easy
4.- Change the title of the recipe (on your right) to Red adept (for example)
5.- Leave the defaults for "oldest article" 7 days and "number of articles" 100.
6.- In the last two boxes give a title to the only "section" you will have (for example Red adept) and the URL of the RSS feed (http://redadeptreviews.com/feed/) without parentesis.
7.- Press add/update recipe (a button with a plus sign on the left)
8.- And close (down on the right)

9.- Now go to the second option on the triangle at the begining (download planned news)
You will find your recently created recipe at the begining on the "personalized" items.
10.- For the moment, don't program it... press the "download now" button.

After the job is completed you will get your feed.
If you like it, program it on a periodic basis.

Hope this helps

I forgot something.

After point 6, and before point 7, you must press the button with the plus sign under the two boxes you filled in point 6.

It's easier to do than to explain
