Is Kobo out of business too?
Sorry, I tried to search as I'm sure it's been discussed, I assumed Kobo would be out of business as well since it belongs to Borders, but I keep reading people recommending it so it is not? Thanks,

Kobo is a separate company from Borders owned by a number of companies (primarily Chapters/Indigo). They are doing fine and are not out of business.

They will be out of business soon if they don't fix the Factory Reset/Storage Error problem!

We are fixing the storage error issue, but in the mean time please continue to hit cancel when you see the error.

That said, we're doing very well due to amazing customers like the ones in this forum.

I am kind of curious, with the load of readers being sold by Boarders during the liquidation, what kind of increase in userbase Kobo is seeing. I bought three Kobo wi-fi last week for the family at $50/each.

Can't really divulge but I'd say we are pleased with our user-base growth.
