building a neswpaper

Hi,
I'd like to know who can I ask to calibre to covert an ePub (or other format) to a kindle newspaper. I try to see in calibre's preferences, but I do not find the way to.
Another question: somebody know where can I find the tech notes to create newspaper ePub for sony? I see calibre do it with rss, but I do not find the way to do it manually (without the calibre conversion).

As far as I know, only recipes can be converted to news output.

mhh.. this is a bad news. What tool if not calibre can generate a mobipocket in newspaper format?
And, even if Calibre can not generate a ePub newspaper from xhtml, where are the tech tool do manually do it?
