You can also try eFiction magazine. www.efictionmag.com Online, free ezine that publishes some pretty awesome indie fiction. Its also available on amazon for Kindle

Well, it's not exactly what you asked for, but in terms of audio, have you checked out the Internet Archive? They have a huge collection of old radio shows in their collection, including X Minus One. Most of the audio is in very good shape.

You might also check out CBS Radio Mystery Theater.
