Managing PDF files
1. Can Calibre make batch changes to a PDF's meta-data?
2. Can Calibre rename a PDF file? 3. Can Calibre do a Full-text search? If not can you program Calibre to call Windows Search to perform the search? 4. If I use Calibre to open a file with Acrobat Pro and then add highlights / comments, will Calibre handle it? Is a new UUID computed when highlights are added and if so does Calibre update? |

Yes, however, the Calibre metadata is not entered into the pdf until the pdf is exported from Calibre's library via Send to Device, Save to Disk, etc.
