Hello from the space coast in Florida. I'm a retired systems engineer (rocket scientist according to my wife). I'm here to try and figure out how to get Calibre to recognize my Galaxy Tab 7" WiFi only.

Visit the calibre forum for specific instruction on obtaining the necessary data for kovid (developer) to add your device to calibre.
