Hello, It is possible to convert this kind of file? The Calibre doesnt convertion right!

In this file, Can I slice the pdf and the calibre should do the job? How can I do this?

"This kind of file" looks to be a PDF containing images of scanned pages. You won't get a very useful convertion of that particular case, unless you OCR and proofread the document.
