Html import into Calibre

hi,
I have downloaded few annual reports and quarterly reports from this site for IBM to read on my ipad2
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/srch-edga...2010&last=2011

I named each one of them differently . i.e (10q_Ist_2011, 10q_2nd_2001 etc) to easy identification.
However when I import all these into Calibre it changes the name to form10q and after the first import it says "the file already exists"
If I select "NO" then it stops the import and if I say "YES" then it imports with duplicate but all the files have same name as form10q.

Why is it doing it and how can I fix this issue, I really don't like to edit each file separately. I would appreciate your feedback.

Go to preferences->adding books and tell calibre not to read metadata from file contents

One way to avoid this (probably internal metadata name) conflict is to first create an empty book, then drop the document into the Formats area of that book.
The other idea, is change the adding books settings to NOT use the books internal metadata.

Thanks guys. not using the internal metadata did the trick. However I have another issue with. I added 3 html files to Calibe and it took 7 mins to add the book. Seriously I did not run any other application and started stop watch on my phone. Is it normal?

I am running Ubuntu 10.1, , Intel Pentium 4 3GHz, 3gb, 80gb HDD

Are you sure they were HTML files?, because every file I clicked on there was a PDF file, and Calibre by all accounts does take a long time on those.
