Other language dictionaries

I was wondering, since Kobo is (I believe so) available in other countries, is there anyway to have other language dictionaries? I read German but my vocab is not nearly so strong and I would love to have a dictionary ready at hand to translate words or even just give me a definition in German.

I saw some of the free books had a German dictionary, but I have yet to see how it works since it has not uploaded onto my Kobo from the Kobo desktop...

Look at the sticky Kobo Touch future firmware feature request thread it has many requests about better dictionary support and ability to add dictionary for 2nd language. Kobo added dictionary support for side loaded books with recent update. No information yet on when or if they will add your requested dictionary support. Kobo touch will soon be sold in Germany and France. I'm hopeful your second language German dictionary request will happen then.
