Why do you have such a problem with company logos on the front of the the reader? It's the way it's done and if you don't like it, don't purchase one.

Why do you have such a problem with him posting this? Personally I don't like the logos. You know those little stickers that are on the palm rests of laptops like "Built for Windows XP" and "Core Duo"? I remove those too. Peel them off and then use a little Goo Gone to get rid of the residue. Much cleaner look and feel.

Count me in the "Don't like logos" group. The ones that stand out, at least.
I like the SONY logo in the PRS-500, though. It's subtle and classy, and the color is non-imposing.

On the other hand, I'd never try to remove one because a non-perfect removal is worse to me than the logo itself.

I'm in both camps, I guess. I don't buy shirts with logos on them and I remove them (or cover them up) on my car. But, I rather like doing a bit of advertising for Sony. Afterall, I'd like ebook readers to become popular. And since I have nothing against Sony, I rather like leaving it on. Okay, I'm a bit odd.
