missing 'Storage' app?

One of the help videos that came on the PE mentions an app called Storage, which is used to move files into the library.
I don't have this app.

Did these go away possibly withe the Ermine upgrade or did I just do something stupid?

Assuming I did something stupid is there a way to get it back?

Which video is that? Are you sure it isn't referring to the Storage you can access from the pull down menu in the Library?

I seriously doubt you did anything stupid.

I think the app you're referring to is ES File Explore, it can be used to add anything but pdf files to the library.

The video is 'Downloading and transferring.

The Storage app is an icon between 'Screen Lock and 'Settings (in the video). On my PE there is a Search icon there, but no Storage.

Good eyes.
But I believe you misplaced the app in question: it's to the right of Settings, not to the left.
And I believe now it's called Device Storage.

I don't have a Storage app either. I don't know what version of the operating system that was in the video, but it isn't current. The Storage app seems to have been a shortcut to the Storage that is on the pulldown menu in the Library. You can access the same files and folders through ES File Explorer.

Once you find the Storage the video talks about, the rest of what she says seems right, though I would have to stop it a few times to really get what she's saying!

Edit: ptsenter! Your answer beat mine and you are so right!

It is now called Device Storage and works exactly as advertised, at least on my PE.

I found 'Device Storage and, yeh, its the same as the Library drop down.
