Selective exclusion of Hyperlinks

I want to make a lrf-Version of Larry Lessigs book "Free Culture" (2004) (http://www.sslug.dk/~chlor/lessig/freeculture/). There are some nice html-versions at his book-page (http://www.free-culture.cc/remixes/). But how can I manage it to exclude some links (i.e. the "next"-link at the right bottom corner - http://www.sslug.dk/~chlor/lessig/freeculture/)? It would be nice to make a clean Sony-Reader version and put it on Larrys Lessigs Webside (they ask there for other creations). So I need some help.

I just drop the file into Book Designer, then go through and delete the unwanted links.

Thanks, actually I though about a automatic solution of this problem. But you are right, sometimes handicraft is inevitable.

html2lrf has a --link-exclude option that allows you to exclude links that match a regular expression.
