Load Books FROM Sony 900

I gave my Sony 900 to my daugther with a number of books loaded to main memory and the SD Card. She has loaded Calibre on her desktop host and has been able to add new books to her library and transfer them to the Sony. However, she is unable to see the books that I had loaded on the Sony from Calibre.

My question is can the books I had left on the device be retrieved and added to her Calibre library?

sure just click the add books button in calibre and browse to wherever the files are located on your device and add them.
