IQ Another strange iq memory thing

Ok, so I've still got a low memory warning. have 2.28 meg free for programs.
Installed lookout and that left 895k.
Then I uninstalled lookout and now I only have 1.24 meg free.
Anybody know what's going on?
It all started with the amazon version of Kobo, Which I uninstalled.

Hi,

wich FW version are you running, and do you have your device rooted ?
If 2.1.0 or newer I attach a flashable file that fakes Android2.1 on your device and allows you to install A2SD (also attached), a small app that will install apps on your SD card, which will pretty much help you to solve the issue. If you are running an older version please PN me, I will then submit the appropriate files.
There's also the possibility of Link2SD from this post, but I got severe Problems after removing my card once.
I had to reinstall all apps via Titanium backup, which was a little time consuming, and I never got back the system reliability and stability it had before.
Despite my comments in this post it works very well with the Fake_AV_ version attached, unless you plan to remove your card.

I'm running 2.06 and it's rooted. It all started when I downloaded the kobo for android app from Amazon. When I got the low mem message, I uninstalled the kobo apk. but I'm still getting the warning................It's like something is left over somewhere and I just can't find it! Then, like I said I uninstalled LookOut and memory said 2.28 meg free, with almost 6 megs free on the sd card. I reinstalled LookOut and internal mem went down to 868K. Uninstalled and it said only 1.28 meg free..............something is staying behind somewhere.

I think the main problem with all those memory issues is negligent programming by PB itself.
I would recommend either to upgrade 2.1.1, which is a stable and good looking FW (but Market doesn't work anymore) and it seems to have far more space for apps, or severly to consider either A2SD or Link2SD, where A2SD still writes something to the card memory, so you will run out of space sooner or later, while L2SD let's you chose the partition size on your external SD.
I have the ext2 partition made ~1GB, so highly unlikely I will ever run out of space for apps

Thanks Troll05 appreciate the prompt replys and help. I have everything set up the way I like it, so I think I'll just live with it for a while and see what happens.
That way if memory continues to decline I'll know something really bad is happening and I'll just format it and reload.

I finally figured it out....................it was in my web brower cache...............duh!

If you use Dolphin-Mini for browsing, you can set it to cache on SD card
