Metadata not downloading
I just updated and now I can't download metadata or covers. Suggestions?

Looks like something (probably firewall software) is blocking Calibre's attempts to access the Internet.

That was my thought too. I don't know why it suddenly happened. The only thing I have done differently is upgrade. I guess it must be in the UVerse router or something

I fixed it. Odd fix though. I unchecked use proxy in MS internet explorer (which I never use) and restarted calibre and it works fine now
