Ebook or e-book in calibre documentation?
In an effort to get familiar with bzr and submit my first patch, I've decided to go over the calibre user manual with a fine-toothed comb and fix all the typos and grammar issues. I've noticed a mix of "ebook" and "e-book" in the manual. Which form should be used?
