Jinke, they are the manufacturer (trade name Hanlin). Although Astak still exists as a company. They can probably act as an agent.

Astak had replacement parts available when they stopped selling readers.
Contact them (good luck, the reader person keeps 'bankers hours' )
The fee was about $85 +S&H

at this point, unless you really really love your device, it may not be worth it...someone was selling a PP under $100 a few weeks ago. I haven't checked recently
