Woot Sellout of Viewsonic g Tablet

I bought one of these about two weeks ago during an eBay deal of the day for $249.99 from TigerDirect and it is a decent tablet. Fast (Tegra dual core processor), light, and awesome battery life (8-10 hours easily). Flash ready out of the box. The Tap N' Tap interface from Viewsonic is not bad. Many people have reported this tablet is extremely easy to root and can run Honeycomb (currently has Froyo installed). Can usually be rooted and running Honeycomb in 15 minutes or less. I didn't root mine because I also bought a 3 year SquareTrade warranty for $50 and didn't want to void it. For all of those wondering about the infamous screen viewing problem, I can tell you that the screen is very similar to a laptop screen so if you were to lay it flat and try and view it yes it is an issue. However, if you are like most people who hold your tablet in your hands the viewing angle is pretty good. I don't have any complaints. Anyone is looking for a good iPad alternative this is it. It is as fast as any Android tablet on the market. In fact, when it is rooted it actually outperformed the Motorola Xoom at half the price.
