I organised for my Kobo WiFi to get sent back and a new one is getting sent out to me apparently

How quick are Kobo on getting replacements out?

In the past it has been unbelievably fast--of course it depends on how far it is traveling. Less than a week, for most folks. I have heard 4 days mentioned by many people.

That is for people in US/Canada.

Only thing to watch for; MorganM is in Australia.... and we have been seeing other comments from people with slowness (admittedly folks ordering new units from the USA).

Apparently it left Toronto yesterday. The post in Australia is unbelievably slow lately. I used to get things I ordered from the US within 2 weeks which is good since I live in the sticks. But Australia Post has really lost it's game of late.

I bought a very small thing online and it took a week and a half to get to the NT from Adelaide. Yes it was regular post but still you would think a small flat object would skim over the surface and get here quickly!
